Request for help

Whan I use the screwdriver on the door, the screw loosens.  However, I'm missing something since the door remains stuck.  I've tried 'taking' the screw and 'moving' the screw at different points, but those don't seem to work either.  Any suggestions?

You need to look close-up at the door, then you can take the screw.

(I know it's kind of odd you can unscrew the screw without being close-up, but there you are.)
